Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges.

Returns will only be accepted within 7 business days of your order being placed. All returns are at the discretion of CIENNE. & must be made in writing quoting your order number to info@cienne.com.au. Once your return has been approved & you have been supplied an ARN number you must return the goods at your own expense. Products must be in unused condition & have all original packaging intact. Once the order has been received by CIENNE. you will then be able to exchange for another item minus the original shipping costs. Refunds will only be given at the discretion of CIENNE. when products are deemed faulty & a replacement is unavailable. No returns or refunds on sale items.
